Open to all, POLLEN offers a diverse menu as well as three menus varying according to the seasons. At lunchtime, we offer a different lunch menu every week.
Hours: we are open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 14 p.m. and from 19:00 p.m. to 21:30 p.m. Closed Saturday noon, Sunday and Monday.
Most of our products come from local suppliers, so as to reduce the ecological impact and support the trade of the region. The products are delivered to us every day in order to serve you the freshest ingredients possible. It is for this reason that our menus and lunches only offer seasonal products.
Welcoming up to 50 guests, POLLEN focuses on inventive local cuisine, seeking conviviality and greater authenticity. From farm to fork: we are proud to work with as many local producers and the Naxhelet vegetable garden as possible.
