Are animals allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. The materials used in the hotel rooms and careful maintenance of the golf course fail to accommodate animals within our establishment.
They are however welcome on the terraces of our restaurant or our Clubhouse.

What are the opening hours of the Clubhouse and the Clubhouse bar?

La cuisine of the Clubhouse is open daily from 12 p.m. to 21:30 p.m.
The Clubhouse bar opens at 10 a.m. every day. From Monday to Thursday, as well as on Sunday, the bar opens until 23 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, the bar closes at midnight.

Which credit cards are accepted?

Naxhelet accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

All credit and debit card transactions are charged at the point of purchase.

What time is check-in ?

Check-in is from <span translate="no">3</span> pm. Thank you to contact the reception for any special request.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is until 12 am. Late check-out is available on request and according to availability (a fee may apply).

Do you offer gift vouchers?

All our services are available in the form of a gift voucher (valid for one year and only once). Please contact reception or order your voucher online.

Is it possible to smoke in the rooms?

Naxhelet is a non-smoking and eco-friendly 100% establishment. Ashtrays are available outside the buildings and on the terraces of the rooms.

Does Naxhelet have a parking area?

Naxhelet has a free open parking 24 / 24h. The car park is secured by several surveillance cameras but the management declines any responsibility in the event of theft, accident or loss.

At what time is served the breakfast?

Breakfast is offered on weekdays between 07:00 and 10:30, and on weekends until 11:00. Your breakfast can also be served in your room from 07:00 to 11:00.

What are the opening hours of the reception ?

Reception is open 24 / 24h and 7 / 7j.

What are the opening hours of the restaurant ?

The "Pollen" restaurant in Naxhelet welcomes you from 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. and from 18:30 p.m. to 21:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday (except Saturday lunchtime).Discover our 3-course lunch at €38,00 or our menus from €68,00.

Is Wellness accessible to hotel guests?

Wellness access is offered to our hotel guests during their stay.<span translate="no">The pool and fitness area are also accessible from 7 am to 9 am and from 6 pm to 8 pm.</span>

Our wellness center is accessible from 16 years old.

Children staying at the hotel have access to the swimming pool from 7:00 to 9:00 only.

Why is Naxhelet eco-responsible?

Throughout its design, then its construction and now its maintenance, we have chosen to implement an environmental policy that reduces our ecological footprint while maintaining a quality service. Our goal is to become the first organic golf in Belgium. But our environmental policy is found at all levels of our operation, including:

  • Recovery of rainwater from the roofs and drainage to irrigate the greens and tees.
  • Autonomous water treatment plan.
  • Use of photovoltaic solar panels and heat pumps.
  • No fossil energy on the site.
  • Use of ecological cleaning products.
  • Choice of short circuits and local suppliers for the restaurant.
  • Creation of a 100% organic vegetable garden.
  • Electronic taps, showers and low flow rate toilet flushes.
  • Use of eco-labelled cleaning products without bleach.
  • Selection of organic and natural products for care treatments.
  • Lighting managed by home automation and LEDs with low energy consumption in all rooms.
Is the swimsuit mandatory in the Wellness?

Wearing the swimsuit is mandatory in all Wellness infrastructures.

Are children admitted to Wellness?

Wellness is accessible from 16 years old. Children staying at the hotel have access to the swimming pool from 7:00 to 9:00 only.

Do you organize weddings?

Naxhelet does not organize weddings in his establishment. Organizing a wedding is not compatible with the other activities offered to our guests and members.

Reservation is not mandatory but it is desired, especially during weekends and school holidays.

Do you have charging stations for electric cars?

Naxhelet has charging stations suitable for electric cars as well as Tesla models.
