A generous and quality regional cuisine punctuated by the seasons, which favors short circuits, in order to reduce our ecological footprint and promote the regional economy.
Most of our vegetables, herbs and flowers come from the Naxhelet field and the Schiepers farm in Antheit.

Meats from the Boca butcher's shop in Héron.
Our poultry and foie gras from the Lamy farm to Sprimont.
Goat cheese and cheese from Capriflore in Vinalmont. Our organic bread from the Champain bakery in Wanze.
Cheeses from the cheese dairy "A Table" in Hannut.
Our potatoes from the Comijn farm in Amay.
All our sorbets and ice creams from the Dumont glacier to Namur.

La Cuisine is open Monday to Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 14 p.m. and from 18:30 p.m. to 21:30 p.m. Closed Saturday noon, Sunday and Monday.
